Creek Homes
Kevin Gaines Kevin Gaines formed Mill Creek Homes,
a member of the Atlanta Home Builders Association, in
1993 after spending more than a decade in construction
finance and commercial construction. These experiences
provide unique strengths to operating a successful
business, as well as giving him a diverse perspective on
the home building industry.
Known as much for the strong relationships he builds
with his homeowners as he is for the quality of homes he
crafts for them, Gaines truly stands behind his homes.
He has built not only in local neighborhoods but also in
other across metro Atlanta. He has constructed many
custom homes outside of traditional subdivisions. Some
recent neighborhoods included Meadow Gate, Windsor Place
and Windsor Creek - all Grayson communities. He even
lives in a neighborhood in which he built many homes.
A marketing graduate of Georgia State University,
Gaines has lived in Grayson for more than seventeen
years with his wife, Jenni, and their two children. An
active member of the community, he has served on the
redistricting committee for the elementary schools, was
a founding member and treasurer of the Grayson Touchdown
Club, and currently serves as Vice President of the
Grayson Athletic Association. He and his family are
active members of the First Baptist Church of
Snellville. |
