Chris Garner was born and raised in the Atlanta area.
He has seen home styles go through many changes. From
the small brick ranch, to the classic stucco, to the
brick and stone two story.
Although style varies, quality and value do not. Home
owners want and expect quality, attention to detail, and
value when purchasing a home. For the past twenty years,
Chris has built homes and developed subdivisions that
have met and exceeded these expectations. Innovative
plans, quality materials, dedicated contractors, and
personal attention to detail are all a part of his
blueprint for the construction of any home.
Chris is on the Board of Directors for the Greater
Atlanta Home Builders Association, The Georgia. Home
Builders Association, a Certified Professional Home
Builder, and former Dekalb County Builder of the Year
Recipient.
Mike Shivers, owner of 4M Contracting, LLC, is a
native Atlantan. He has been in the construction
industry for 20 years. In addition to being a licensed
electrician, he has experience in new construction,
remodeling, and basement finishes. Mike has hands-on
experience in construction and extensive management
experience in communities such as Country Club of the
South, Sugarloaf Country Club, St. Marlo, Windward
at Lakeshore, Deer Lake, and other great neighborhoods.
The goal of 4M Contracting, LLC is to provide the
customer a pleasant experience with the end result being
complete satisfaction and surpassing all customer
expectations. They work closely with the customer to
achieve the desired results. They are located in the
Metro Atlanta area serving Fulton and Gwinnett Counties
along with surrounding areas. |
