Dugger Homes

Dugger Homes is a family team of father, Russ Dugger, and his oldest son, Greg.  They have been building quality custom homes in Gwinnett, Cobb, Hall, Habersham, and Rabun counties since 1995.  Both Russ and Greg are licensed residential contractors for the state of Georgia.  Dugger Homes is a member of the Greater Atlanta and National Home Builders’ Associations.

Dugger Homes strives to give buyers sound construction, beautiful features, and a reasonable price.  However, they believe their greatest asset is their commitment to customer satisfaction.  “We want to be good stewards of our customer’s resources, so we build each home as if it were our own.  We help our customers make informed choices, we make their decisions a reality, and we do not leave until it is done right.  We can say that about every home we have built”, says Russ.

Dugger Homes also owns a library of Frank Betz and other  stock plans to build from, but they can also build from any individual homebuyer’s plans.  They have the ability to customize and re-engineer plans in-house so they can build from a basic sketch, a plan that needs serious modifications, or a complete architectural plan.  Their goal is not only to build solid homes, but to provide sound technical advice so that the customer is confident in their home investment.

The father, Russ, is an industrial engineer from Georgia Tech and has a master’s degree in engineering from Texas A&M University.  He and his wife, Brenda, have been married 39 years and are the proud parents of 3 grown sons and 1 grandchild living in the greater Atlanta area:  Russ and Brenda have led in adult, music, and deacon ministries at Smoke Rise Baptist Church and have lived in Gwinnett County, GA since 1972.

The son, Greg, is a native Atlantan and also an industrial engineer from Georgia Tech.  Prior to building, Greg was a management consultant for 7 years working for KSA and then Accenture. Greg has seen how his consulting experience - serving the unique needs of Fortune 500 clients - has been very similar to serving the unique needs of each homeowner.   Later, he started his own firm to service clients individually. Greg and his wife, Cady, have been married 4 years and have a baby girl, Christine, at their home in Duluth.  They are active leaders in the children, adult, and mission ministries at North Point Community Church.

Dugger Homes is currently building in the following locations:
